Now that I’ve booked

First of all, thank you for booking with Wedding Fayres Yorkshire.

On the Monday before the event you should expect an email from us, with a few documents attached;

  • Itinerary
  • Poster
  • Top tips

Please read them carefully.

We are on hand if you have any questions or if we can help you with anything at all. We are big believers in supporting the business’s that support us – so don’t be shy!

Between now and the event there are a few things you can do to make the most out of your booking.

Market the event on your social media

There are many pages and groups on Facebook, used by couples to gain knowledge of products and events. Making some noise about the fayres online lets people know about the event but more importantly – they know that you will be coming. It’s a chance to get face to face with couples, allows you to show them to see what you do in the flesh, building confidence in your product and your business.

Twitter

For many exhibitors this is alien but it is a fantastic free tool to use. There are key times for the wedding industry (listed below) in which you can promote your brand to thousands of brides and business’s.

  • @jsweddingfayres (our twitter tag)
  • #weddinghour – Thursday between 9pm and 10 pm
  • #Weddingwednesdays
  • #FF (Follow Friday) to get yourself some new followers

Facebook

You should also feel free to post your business on our Facebook page, and that you are excited about the event;

  • Facebook.com/weddingfayresyorkshire

If you would like any help with your social media, sessions can be booked with us to really get you on going online. Please ask about availability.

Print

We have a fantastic relationship with a design and printing company. If you are looking for any flyers or banners for the event – get in touch with us.
